These 36 cells are fully capacity tested by charging to a max 4.10v, then stored for 6 – 8 weeks, voltage rechecked for self-discharge and then discharging to 3.05v esh which allows the cell to return its internal voltage to around 3.45v for shipping via Australia Post or Sendle Couriers. Any cell showing a resistance in excess of 100 mΩ are disposed of. We provide the resulting available mAh as a guide for the balancing of your multi cell battery builds. Our standard capacity discharge test, discharges to approx 3.05 Vdc down from 4.10Vdc depending on the cells impedance and has produced the labeled test results in the photos.
These cells are manufactured to discharge down to 2.75 Vdc from 4.20 Vdc as can be seen on their respective Data Sheets.
Therefore these cells are capable of providing a much higher capacity reading if taken to there data sheet specs.

Manufacturers Data Sheets provide an excellent insight into the cells design capabilities and parameters and Google is a great tool to find them. Just look for the cell data on the cell wrapping and search accordingly.
