All payments must be received within 7 days of Sale end. Please allow 2-3 working days for clearance of Money transfers from date of receipt. We do not accept personal Cheques. For money transfer or bank deposit you must give the bank your name and short discription of the transaction. Very important! Any payment without the above information will delay sending of item/s until Verification of payment can be made.
We ship with Sendel and Australia Post so you can select the courier of your choice at the price you choose. Items are generally dispatched within 1 business day after payment is cleared.
Delivery usually takes approximately 3- 6 business days. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number.
Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment. Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid. The Lithium Guys are not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to The Lithium Guys due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri Only). Once your order has been sent we will contact you by email. Your goods will be shipped from Australia normally take 3-6 days but please allow up to 10 days for delivery in case of postal delays. Please inspect your package upon arrival. All returns must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date.
Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return. Buyers must strictly follow our return procedure when returning a faulty item. The Lithium Guys reserves the rights to provide buyers a replacement, parts, or a full or partial refund. Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyer when the returned item is received. There will NOT be a refund if such cases occur. Postage and Handling may not be refundable if full refund is required. Refund will only be processed via the payment method used for purchase or being used previously. A restocking fee of no more than 20% will be charged and deducted from the returned funds, depending upon the circumstances of the return.
